Mix flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Cut in margarine to make coarse crumbs. Beat egg until frothy and set aside 1 T. Beat milk into remainder of egg and pour over flour mix. Add cranberries and form into compact ball. Dust lightly with flour and roll into 1/4" circle. Cut 2" rounds. Roll scraps and keep cutting rounds until all dough is used up - put 1" apart on sheet brushed with Pam. Brush tops with beaten 1 Tablespoon egg. Bake middle oven 15 minutes or until light brown in preheated 400° F oven. Optional method - put rounds on a warm, greased griddle and cook like pancakes, turning once when tops are bubbly.
