  • Discover this excellent green tea from China's Zhejiang Province.  The shape of the leaves of this special grade tea resemble an eyebrow, hence the word "mee," meaning eyebrow.  The leaves are individually pinched and hand rolled in a traditional fashion, then pan fired. Patience, temperature control, and timing produce a fine jade colored leaf.  This full bodied tea has delicate flavor with toasty undertones. Green teas are best prepared with water that has cooled to 180 degrees Fahrenheit.
