This proprietary blend of herbs is specifically blended to achieve results using all natural herbs without the addition of chemicals or additives. This tea contains: spearmint, peppermint, chamomile, Valerian root, kava kava, hibiscus flowers, lemon balm, lemon grass hops, and lavender flowers. The minty flavor is a wonderful way to relax and enjoy a soothing night cap.

Hot Tea Brewing Recommendations:
AMOUNT TO USE: Put 1 slightly heaping teaspoon of loose tea for each 7-9 oz/200-260 ml of water in the teapot. Pour freshly boiled water over tea.

BREWING RECOMMENDATIONS: Steep 3-7 minutes. Milk and sugar are not recommended.
